Cancellation
1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact gaysplanet customer service at support@gaysplanet.com within 24 hours of purchase for free cancellation.
2. In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped on the same day. Therefore, cancellation may be restricted after order submission. However, we will do our best to coordinate with the carrier to intercept the shipment if possible.
3. If your order cannot be cancelled and you no longer wish to keep the item, please contact gaysplanet customer service (support@gaysplanet.com) for return instructions after receiving the package. Please note that the inner packaging of the item must be unopened; otherwise, we will not be able to accept the return.
4. After your return request is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive your refund within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank's transfer speed. If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, please contact us immediately.
Warranty
All our products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Within one year, if a product malfunctions due to quality issues (damage, inability to function properly, etc.), the customer must provide us with proof of the defect (pictures, videos, etc.). After verification, we will replace the product or provide a full refund.
Returns
1. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns of unopened items with intact packaging and labels. This is to ensure that every item is brand new and to protect the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.
2. Once the packaging is opened, the product is considered used and therefore cannot be returned unless there is a defect.
3. If you plan to return an item, please provide us with a photo of the unopened packaging via email within one year of purchase. We will provide a return address after confirming the package's status. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
4. Please allow us a maximum of 3-4 weeks to receive and process your return. If you have any questions about the status of your return, you can email support@gaysplanet.com for updates.
5. The above applies to, but is not limited to, the following situations:

Refunds
Once the defect is confirmed or the return has been received, the refund will be credited to the original payment account within 7 days.
